-My work is for personal non profit purposes only. you may not use my work commercially or for profit.
-You are allowed to repost as long as you credit me
- I will communicate Via email, bluesky, and or instagram In which I'll send process sketches
- You must pay half upfront and the other half after the work is completed. You will not receive the full sized, unwatermarked drawing until you pay the rest.
-I may accept mild/moderate fetish requests and or NSFW to my discretion, however you will have to confirm you are at least 18 years of age to request it.
-I may use your work for my own portfolio/ post it watermarked on social media unless you request otherwise.
-Kofi commissions are done through Kofi, finished work will be emailed to you, Crayon Chibi is to be paid in full upfront, you will receive at least one email of a sketch for revision purposes. Do not pay through Kofi unless I accept your commission
I will not request the first payment until after you approve the first mock up sketch, though I will send you an invoice that I will not ask you to pay until you approve (if using paypal). After payment, I will give a revised sketch. I will send work-in -progress images for revision and error correction purposes to your email. I will not begin line work until you approve completely of the sketch. Once completed, I will email you the full res image for your personal use.
I have the right to revoke a commission at any time if I receive any form of harassment and or abuse from the client. You will not be eligible for a refund in the event of this and will be barred from future commissions.Refund Policy
100% Refunds are given if:
-Client has paid 50% of the total cost and hasn't received any work other than the mock up sketch
-Client has paid 100% of the total cost and hasn't received any work other than the mock up sketch
- I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances
50% Refunds are given if:
-Client has paid 100% of the total cost and received refined sketches
No refunds are given if:
-Client has paid 50% of the total cost and received refined sketches
-Client has paid 50% of the total cost, has received refined sketches and had approved starting
-Client has paid 100% of the total cost, has received refined sketches and had approved starting
-I cancel due to harassment/abuse or violation of terms and conditions
